House Exchange

We enjoy participating in House Exchange holidays, having successfully completed a couple of holidays overseas using this method of arranging accommodation. Please contact us if you are interested in discussing a future house exchange holiday.

We have used both simultaneous house exchange, using our own home of Jacaranda Cottage, and non-simultaneous exchange, with Fallowfield Chalet being used by the holidaymakers whilst we are still at home and their house offered for our use at a later or earlier date.

We prefer exchange of house and vehicle. We are happy to offer our automatic diesel Toyota Corolla in the exchange.

Jacaranda Cottage details are as follows:-

• Double bedroom with queen-size bed, and guest bathroom across hallway.
• Double bedroom with two single beds and French Doors to deck. This room opens off living area.
• Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, with enclosed wood fire in lounge.
• Kitchen has gas hob, electric benchtop oven, dishwasher and wood range (which also heats the water)
• Electric hot water when fire not in use.
